    Embroidery Machine Warranty

    New embroidery machines sold by Embroidery Chief include manufacturer warranty terms provided at purchase. Warranty duration and coverage vary by model and brand (DAHAO, Futong, and others). Warranty typically covers manufacturing defects under normal commercial use; it does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, counterfeit parts, power surge damage without adequate protection, or wear items such as needles and bobbin cases.

    Warranty service is performed at Embroidery Chief branches in Abuja, Lagos, and Kano or at your workshop where applicable. Keep your invoice, serial number, and warranty card. Report defects promptly — delayed reporting may affect coverage.

    Spare Parts and Consumables

    Spare parts are warranted against manufacturing defects for the period stated on your invoice, typically 30–90 days unless otherwise specified. Consumables (needles, thread, backing, oils) are sold as-is due to their nature. Incorrect parts ordered with wrong model information may be subject to restocking fees if returnable.

    Always confirm part numbers with our technicians before purchase to avoid compatibility issues.

    Custom Embroidery Services

    Custom embroidery orders are produced to approved specifications confirmed at intake — design placement, colours, and quantity. Inspect orders at pickup. Report visible production defects within 48 hours with photos. We will remake or credit qualifying errors attributable to our production process.

    Design perception differences (slight shade variation within thread brand tolerances, fabric texture effects) are not defects if the sew-out sample was approved. Client-supplied garments damaged due to pre-existing fabric defects are not covered.

    Returns and Cancellations

    Machine returns are generally not accepted after delivery and installation unless covered by warranty replacement or explicit written agreement at sale. Deposits on custom orders may be non-refundable if production has started — confirm terms on your quote.
